Virtual Experience

Practice Makes Progress

The three hour event will engage attendees through chat active discussions, polling as well as opportunities to connect with each other in breakout sessions.

The event is designed with actionable takeaways in mind, the goal being to provide attendees with tools they can put to use immediately.

We understand that allyship is not a one and done, but a process that requires us to reflect, and often rewire old patterns. Knowing it’s not a job that happens in three hours on Zoom, we are here with on-going resources, community and support.

Tangible Takeaways

  • Learn more about what’s possible when men are engaged in equity work.

  • Engaging men in rewriting what they know about showing up for work.

  • Leaning back to lead from the heart: how we can all benefit from heart-based leadership.
