From the boardroom to an ayahuasca retreat center and back to the boardroom via El Camino de Santiago. There isn’t much Jennifer doesn’t know about going inside, seeking, finding and trusting the journey. “after 15 years in leadership and organizational development I realized that I was selling snake oil. The world doesn’t need more learning we need something radical. I call it unlearning”, she says.
Jennifer is an expert in company culture and leadership development, having spent 15 years working with some of the world’s most prestigious companies. However, having been on her own 10 year journey of self-discovery, she now believes that the only way to achieve true transformation, whether at work or in other areas of your life is to dig deep into all your subconscious programming.
